„A collection of my red flags, my quick dopamine fixes, my tender self-destruction.

After desperately trying to recover from an abusive relationship, I constructed a nocturnal alter ego under which I photographed this project. At this point in my life, I was so numb that I just did things to feel something, at least a little bit. I couldn’t stop looking at people doing explicit and extreme things in front of me. It became an obsession. The situations that I was in gave me this immense sense of power and pleasure, that people were doing this for me. It was my way of rebuilding confidence and self-love that reached rock bottom.

This cocktail of sins is dedicated to people who once managed to escape their own cage.“
